VIP GLOW is a monthly subscription membership that gives members access to special pricing on products, procedures, and more!

Choose a plan that's right for you: 12 months ($189/month) or 6 months ($199/month). Purchase your first month here and you will complete the subscription paperwork at your first appointment! Once subscribed, the monthly membership fee will auto-draft from your account each month.

Terms and Conditions:

• We offer 6-month ($199/month) and 12-month ($189/month) membership options. Purchase your first month here and you will complete the subscription paperwork at your first appointment. Once subscribed, the monthly membership fee will auto-draft from your account each month. 
• You will be required to sign our Membership Agreement at your first visit.
• If the VIP GLOW membership contract is canceled prior to the contract expiration date, the Member agrees to pay a cancellation fee of $250 for Glow VIP (plus an additional $260 if the 20 Units for 12-Month only Botox Credit has already been redeemed.) Cancellation must be received in writing.
• If the Member must cancel this VIP membership contract due to military service to an area more than 30 miles from Dermatology & Laser of Alabama, the Member may cancel without paying the cancellation fee.
• VIP GLOW procedures are non-transferable, with exception of gifting single monthly treatments listed above.
• Services must be used in the month in which they are earned or will be forfeited.
• We reserve the right to refuse membership to anyone at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to change the terms of this membership at any time without notice.
• Member discounts are not combinable with other promotional discounts.
